Our room ran quite hot at night without proper A/C, making it uncomfortable for sleep. The mini-fridge was annoyingly loud, interrupting our rest as well. To top it off, the cleanliness was questionable. my feet turned black from walking around barefoot.

Positive, I had a great stay in a comfortable Loft Room for 4 nights. The staff were super helpful and even made arrangements for a massage for my daughter. The breakfast had a fantastic spread. Plus, the rooftop terrace offered fine views of the hills and ocean!

We loved our time in Valpo. the rooftop view at sunset was breathtaking! The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially making sure our grandchild had what he needed. The breakfast options were plentiful, and we enjoyed the spacious Loft Room with its comfy bed.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

The location is fantastic, nestled on a hill with a plethora of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff are incredibly helpful, preparing an early breakfast for us when we had an early tour. Our room was also quite comfortable, providing us with ample relaxation after a day of exploring.

While the hotel had many great features, the views from the room weren't very special compared to what we saw from the rooftop.

I had a splendid two-day stay with the most comfortable room and the rooftop terrace that offers a spectacular view of the city, making it ideal for my city strolls as it's conveniently located just a short walk from truly remarkable sights like the bustling Plaza Sotomayor and charming Paseo Gervasoni, perfect for enjoying local cafés and vibrant street art.

The WiFi worked great, and the flat-screen TV was a nice touch. Would improve on luggage storage.
